Firefighters responded to a smoke alarm in the 1200 block of East Victory Way. Firefighters found a faulty smoke alarm in the home. No one was injured.



Moffat County Jail Report

Robert Emmett Lynch Jr., 58, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, criminal attempt to commit second-degree murder and false imprisonment.

Erik Aaron Salzburg, 23, of Cheyenne, Wyo., was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Deputies received a report of fraud.

Deputies received a domestic violence complaint.

Anyone who witnesses or has information about a crime is encouraged to call Moffat County Crime Stoppers at 824-3535. The phone line does not have caller identification. All callers remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
