Craig Fire/Rescue responded to Seventh and Rose streets for a two-car accident with minor injuries. Both parties refused transportation to The Memorial Hospital.



Moffat County Jail

Emma Blanca Ayala, 22, was booked into jail to serve time for a previous offense.

Derrick Brent, 29, was arrested on a warrant.

Robert Havelka Glenn, 42, was arrested on a warrant.

Moffat County Sheriff’s Department

Monday, Feb. 6

Deputies responded to Moffat County Road 205 and Dunn Drive for a report of a big white dog and a little black dog chasing elk. No elk or dogs were found.

Deputies received a report of an assault in the jail.

Deputies responded to C.R. 29 for a report of a ransacked house with six dogs outside. Upon further investigation, the house did not appear to be ransacked.

Deputies investigated a triggered alarm in an elevator at the court house. A small child ways playing with the elevator.

Deputies received a complaint about snow removal at a residence on Crown Drive.

Deputies made contact with people in the 600 block of East Fourth Street who were playing loud music, whistling and screaming from a vehicle. People appeared to be intoxicated.

Deputies made nine traffic stops.
