Opening Sealed Bids for Loudy Simpson Park Fencing Repair and Replacement

LEGAL NOTICE

Moffat County, Colorado will open sealed bids at 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, CO, 81625 on April 29, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. for Loudy Simpson Park Fencing Repair and Replacement. Bids must be submitted no later than April 29, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. at Moffat County Administration, 221 W. Victory Way, Suite 110, Craig, CO 81625.



On May 3, 2011 in the Office of the Moffat County Commissioners, 221 West Victory Way, Craig, Colorado at 9:30 a.m., the Moffat County Administration Department representative will present the bid results to the Moffat County Board of County Commissioners along with his/her recommendation.

Interested parties should obtain an Invitation to Bid along with the Bid Specifications from the Moffat County Administration Department at 221 W. Victory Way, Suite 110, Craig, CO 81625, Phone (970) 824-9140 or from http://www.co.moffat.co.us by selecting the Purchasing Department and logging in if you are registered or registering as a new vendor. All interested parties are encouraged to attend a pre-construction meeting at Loudy Simpson Park, 600 S. Ranney Street, Craig, Colorado on April 18, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.



The Moffat County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid that is to the best interest of Moffat County, Colorado. The award of the bid is contingent upon the County and the successful bidder negotiating a mutually agreeable contract.
