Fernando Rodriguez-Altamirano, 24, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Crystal Perez Mariscal, 22, address unlisted, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest.



Brandon John McClain, 33, of Byers, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, violating turn signals and weaving.

Jose Ruben Reyes, 61, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of operating a vehicle with a license under restraint, driving an unsafe vehicle and compulsory insurance.
