In the 300 block of Clay Avenue, officers responded to a report of a suspicious individual.

In the 500 block of School Street, officers arrested one woman on a warrant from municipal court.

In the 500 block of West Victory Way, officers arrested a man on charges of harassment.

In the 500 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of theft and arrested one woman for allegedly stealing food items, stuffed animals and hats.

In the 300 block of South Highway 13, officers were called to a disturbance and arrested one man for alleged second-degree assault and obstruction of justice.

In the 300 block of Birch Street, an officer arrested a man for allegedly violating a restraining order and harassment.

In the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, officers responded to report of suspicious items and found miscellaneous electrical cords, a charger, pill grinder and bandana.

In the 800 block of East Seventh Street, officers arrested one woman for allegedly violating a restraining order.

In the 200 block of Field Street, officers were called to perform a welfare check.

In the 400 block of Barclay Street, code enforcement red-tagged an abandoned vehicle.
