Friday, Sept. 18
In the 1500 block of Third Street, officers contacted the driver of a vehicle who was speeding. A male juvenile was issued a summons for driving under the influence of drugs, reckless driving and obstruction of government operations.
In the 2400 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a traffic accident and issued a man a summons for careless driving.
In the 1000 block of East Seventh Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress. Two women were issued a summons for fighting.
Saturday, Sept. 19
In the 700 block of Rose Street, officers responded to a report of a stolen bicycle from a front yard.
In the 500 block of Steele Street, officers responded to a report of a theft from an unlocked vehicle.
In the 800 block of Stout Street, officers responded to a report of found property.
In the 600 block of Wickes Avenues, officers responded to a report of a dog bite.
In the area of West First Street and Highway 13, officers responded to assist animal control with horses on the road. The hunters who had put them out in a field to graze during the nighttime hours were notified. Hopefully, the horses are well fed and ready for a great hunt.
In the 900 block of Pershing Street, officers responded to a hit and run traffic accident in which a mailbox was damaged. An investigation is ongoing.
In the 2600 block of West Highway 40, officers responded to a report of domestic violence. A man was arrested on charges of third-degree assault and domestic violence.
In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, officers responded to a report of suspicious people smoking “something,” which was later determined to be cigarettes. The smokers were removed from the property.
In the 900 block of West First Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress. A woman was arrested on two charges of third-degree assault.
Sunday, Sept. 20
In the 300 block of Birch Street, officers responded to reports of numerous thefts from vehicles. An investigation is ongoing.
In the 3400 block of West First Street, officers responded to a traffic accident. A woman was issued a summons for careless driving and driving under restraint.
In the 2600 block of West Victory Way, officers heard a vehicle with a very loud exhaust system make lane changes without signaling. The man driving the vehicle was arrested for failing to comply with a warrant.
In the 300 block of Birch Street, code enforcement observed an red-tagged an abandoned vehicle.

Monday, Sept. 14
Sarah Ray Kendrick, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
Tuesday, Sept. 15
Casha Marie Klinkhammer, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
Sunday, Sept. 20
Robert Dean Nuebel, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
