James Alan Benjamin, 29, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle while license under restraint.

Jamie Ray Winey, 30, of Steamboat Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.



Victoria Ann Garundo, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
