In the 2400 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a dangerous/drunk driver call. A man was arrested for driving under the influence and careless driving.
In the 1300 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a suspicious person who jumped out in front of a car. A man was arrested for walking on the highway, disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer.
At West First Street and College Drive, code enforcement responded recovered a bicycle and booked it into evidence for safe keeping.
In the 900 block of Finley Lane, officers responded to a suspicious incident regarding a message over social media. It was determined no criminal charges would be filed.
At East First Street and Ranney Street, officers assisted with a fuel spill.
In the 800 block of West Seventh Street, officers responded to a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.
At Yampa Avenue and West Victory Way, officers responded to a traffic accident. A man was issued a summons for failing to yield the right of way.
In the 1200 block of West Sixth Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. It was determined no criminal charges would be filed.

At East Fourth Street and Tucker Street, officers assisted Colorado State Patrol with interpretation.
In the 300 block of South Highway 13, officers responded to a report of a found wallet, which was returned to the owner.
In the 100 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of criminal mischief. The investigation is ongoing.
Officers participated in the Halloween festivities on Yampa Avenue by providing extra patrol. All the ghouls and goblins had a fun time.
In the 600 block of Lincoln Street, officers responded to a disturbance. A man was arrested for allegedly violating a restraining order.
In the 400 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to disturbance. No charges were filed.

Isaac David Giron, 28, of Denver, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant related to violation of bond conditions, failure to appear and criminal mischief.
Dakota Lee Fredericks, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of obstructing a peace officer, walking on the highway and disorderly conduct.
