In the 500 block of Tucker Street, officers issued a parking violation warning for a car parked on the wrong side of the street.

In the 400 block of Hawthorn, officers responded to a hit and run traffic accident in which mailboxes were damaged on the corner of Sage and Hawthorn. With the help of witnesses, the vehicle involved was located. The man driving the vehicle was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, failing to notify police of an accident, illegal possession of alcohol by an underage person and leaving the scene after striking unattended property. A woman was also issued a summons for illegal possession and consumption of alcohol by an underage person.

At East Seventh Street and Washington Street, officers responded to a Report Every Dangerous/Drunk Driver Immediately call. The vehicle was reported to be a white SUV that was muddy in the back and the license plate could not be seen. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
