2:39 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of East Fourth Street for a report of an assault. A male party was taken into custody and booked into Moffat County jail.

7:24 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Ledford Street for a report of a suspicious person. A female party had trespassed.

8:21 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of fraud by check.

8:28 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of a cold accident. A report was taken.

2:11 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. Items from a motel room had been reported stolen.

8:08 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of Yampa Avenue for a welfare check. There had been a report of a male and female yelling at each other.
