Friday, Oct. 11

Lindsay Annamae Lowther, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of second degree assault, harassment, domestic violence and a criminal attempt of second degree murder.



Saturday, Oct. 12

Javier Medina Tinajero, 23, of Magnolia, Texas, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, eluding or attempting to elude a police officer, weaving in a single lane and exceeding the speed limit.



Sunday, Oct. 13

Phillip James Pursche, 27, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence, second degree assault and child abuse.

Monday, Oct. 14

Joe Edumenio Montano, 45, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failing to appear.

Christopher Vincent Seewald, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Derek Lee Muisener, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Friday, Oct. 11

3:14 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of West Fourth Street for a report of property damage. There had been a noninjury two-vehicle crash.

5:06 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of School Street for a report of vandalism. Damage had been done to a church. A report was taken and information found on suspects.

Saturday, Oct. 12

9:41 a.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of Crockett Drive for a report of theft. A camera had been reported stolen.

12:48 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of East Victory Way for a report of found property. A bicycle was found and impounded.

9:37 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Wickes Avenue for a follow-up investigation.

Sunday, Oct. 13

9:03 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. Two intoxicated males were causing a disturbance. One male was taken to jail for violation of bond conditions and he was booked into Moffat County Jail.

Monday, Oct. 14

6:58 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Hockette Circle for an arrest on a warrant. The male party was arrested and booked into Moffat County Jail.

7:14 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of East Ninth and Ashley Road for an arrest. A male party was arrested on a warrant and booked into Moffat County Jail.

Saturday, Oct. 12

9:27 a.m. Deputies responded to the intersection of Moffat County Road 64 and Moffat County Road 15 for a report of trespass.

4:22 p.m. Deputies responded to Highway 40 near mile post 82 for a traffic stop.

Monday, Oct. 14

11:47 a.m. Deputies responded to Highway 13 near mile post 62 for a traffic stop.

Monday, Oct. 14

9:47 a.m. Fire/Rescue responded to Highway 13 near mile post 59 for a report of a vehicle crash. There had been a rollover crash with no injuries.
