Christopher William Gingrich, 35, of Craig, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and having an open marijuana container in his vehicle.
Troy Lee Flannery, 50, of Craig, was arrested on charges of scheduled drug possession, driving a vehicle without license plates and violating a restraining order.
Patrick Nolan Archuleta, 48, of Blanco, New Mexico, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
Kevin C. Byers, 28, of Craig, was arrested for domestic violence charges as well as child abuse, third-degree assault and second-degree assault.
A male was arrested for driving under FRA suspension (driver’s license pulled for non-payment of child support) after being warned by officer not to drive.
A male was cited for a traffic accident at Victory Way and Tucker Street.

The complaints from constituents and policy advocates are aimed at the Marijuana Tax Cash Fund, a depository for about half of the $272 million the state is expected to generate this fiscal year from marijuana-related taxes. The legislature has guidelines for how the money should be spent, but lawmakers can use it for just about anything they want. And in practice, they do, splitting the money among dozens of different programs, across more than a dozen state agencies.
