Joshua L Desherlia, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of distributing/manufacturing/possessing Schedule 1/Schedule 2 drugs.

7:52 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of South Colorado Highway 13 for a report of property damage.

8:45 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of East 10th Street for an agency assist. A smoking pan on the stove set off the smoke alarm.

Saturday, May 3

6:19 a.m. Officers responded to the 2800 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. It was reported as a car vs. deer crash.

9:10 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of East Seventh Street for a report of cold burglary. The investigation is ongoing.

Sunday, May 4

12:02 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of fraud.

11:26 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of East 13th Street and Yampa Avenue for a report of a rattlesnake in North Park. The snake was not located.

11:26 a.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Sixth Street for a report of theft. The investigation is ongoing.

5:36 p.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of domestic violence. It was determined no crime had occurred.

8:49 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of a disturbance in progress. During the contact, a male party was arrested on a CICJIS warrant for failure to appear.

3:30 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West Ninth Street for a report of harassment.

5:42 p.m. Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Aspen Avenue for a report of a disturbance in progress.

9:48 a.m. Deputies responded to the 300 block of Woodbury Drive for a report of theft.

Saturday, May 3

2:59 p.m. Deputies responded to Moffat County Road 7 near mile marker 1 for a traffic stop.

Sunday, May 4

6:56 p.m. Deputies responded to Grabb Lane for a report of a civil problem.
