James Raymond Gurule, 39, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Sunday, June 1

Thane Joel Anderson, 25, of Steamboat Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

Monday, June 2

Maxim Xavier May, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder, criminal attempt, violating a restraining order, false imprisonment, second-degree assault, third-degree assault, domestic violence, menacing assault, illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor, harassment, obstruction of telephone/telegraph service and obstructing a peace officer.

Friday, May 30

7:30 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of domestic violence. There was a report of a disturbance, and an adult male was arrested for violating a protection order.

9:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Pershing Street for a report of a DUI. An intoxicated male was arrested for DUI.

Saturday, May 31

3:35 a.m. Officers responded to the 3600 block of Westridge Court for a report of a noise complaint. There was a complaint of loud music. The investigation continues.

12:14 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of West Victory Way for a report of found property. The property was booked into evidence.

5:17 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There was a noninjury crash.

11:07 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Sixth Street for a report of a disturbance. The involved parties were contacted.

11:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of First Avenue West for a report of a disturbance. The involved parties were contacted.

Sunday, June 1

12:19 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of First Avenue West for a report of a disturbance. An adult male was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass.

3:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 100 block of Breeze Street for a report of theft. Two loading ramps and two shovels were reported stolen.

4:49 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of noise complaint. The parties agreed to turn the noise down.

Monday, June 2

1:50 a.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of domestic violence. The male party was arrested and booked into Moffat County Jail.

1:06 p.m. Officers responded to the 2800 block of West Ninth Street for a report of property damage. There was a noninjury, two-car crash.

8:57 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Ranney Street for a report of domestic violence. The female party left the area, and there was no arrest.

10:02 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Mariana Way for a missing person report. The person was found.

1:56 p.m. Deputies responded to the 2500 block of Moffat County Road 174 for an agency assist.

2:19 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 81 for a traffic stop.

6:15 p.m. Deputies responded to the intersection of C.R. 7 and West Victory Way for a traffic stop.

Sunday, June 1

7:28 a.m. Deputies responded to South Beach for an agency assist.

11:53 a.m. Deputies responded to the intersection of West Victory Way and Sixth Avenue West for a traffic complaint.

4:28 p.m. Deputies responded to the 1100 block of Aspen Avenue for a report of a missing person.

Monday, June 2

4:44 p.m. Deputies responded to the intersection of U.S. 40 and C.R. 53 North for a traffic stop.

5:59 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. 40 near mile marker 76 for a traffic stop.

6:55 p.m. Deputies responded to the 1100 block of Sequoia Avenue for a follow-up investigation.

8:52 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. 40 near mile marker 71 for a traffic stop.

9:20 p.m. Deputies responded to the 100 block of Galley Lane for a welfare check.
