Tuesday, Jan. 27

Michael Anthony Schneegas, 28, of Craig was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Garry Wayne Sexton, 56, of Craig, was booked into Moffat county Jail on a warrant.

In the 500 block of Yampa Avenue, code enforcement issued an administrative summons for junk, trash and debris in the alley way. The homeowners also spoken to about parking in the alley way.

In the 400 block of Breeze Street, an officer did a follow up on a theft case from Sunday involving knives that were stolen.

In the 500 block of School Street, an officer arrested one male on a failure to appear warrant. He was booked into Moffat County Jail with a bond of $750.

In the 600 block of Wickes Avenue, an officer arrested one male on two failure to appear warrant. He was booked into Moffat County Jail. The male party paid a bond of $1500 and was released.

In the 500 block of Ledford Street, officers conducted a welfare check and a person was taken to a different location to stay.

Wednesday, Jan. 28

At 925 West First Street, officers assisted another agency in attempting to track down a stolen cell phone. Contact was not made at the residence.

In the 900 block of East Ninth Street officers responded to a 911 call. They discovered kids were playing with the phone.

At 1125 West Sixth Street, code Enforcement responded to a report of two abandoned vehicles; one with expired plates and the other with no plates. The vehicles were red tagged.

At West Third Street and Riverview, officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in a snowbank. Upon arrival, officers found a male with a sleeping bag and a camp chair, who stated he had been involved in a disturbance at home. No other action was taken.

In the 500 block of School Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. The parties were separated for night and no one was charged.
