Brian Alan Simillion, 37, a transient, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of obstruction of a telephone/telegraph service, third-degree assault, crimes against at-risk adults and juveniles and criminal mischief.

Sunday, April 27

Aaron Paul Penner, 33, of Indian Hill, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Antonio Perez Aguirre, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, domestic violence, child abuse and driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence per se.

4:23 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Barclay Street for a report of child neglect. Two juvenile children were taken into protective custody.

2:59 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of an injury accident. A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and was transported to The Memorial Hospital.

6:03 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Sixth Street and Yampa Avenue for an arrest on a warrant. A male party was arrested on a warrant and booked into Moffat County jail.
