At Moffat County Road 7 and U.S. Highway 40, an officer observed a Ford pickup make a turn without signaling. The driver was issued a summons for failing to present insurance.

In the 600 block of Yampa Avenue, code enforcement received a report of a bicycle leaning against a fence by a dumpster. The bicycle was booked in as found property.



At 1125 W. Sixth Street, code enforcement observed a small moving van with expired plates. The moving van was red tagged.

In the 900 block of E. Ninth Street, code enforcement observed a trailer parked outside of designated parking. The trailer contained parts of a junk vehicle. The owner of the property was contacted and agreed to correct the violations.



In the 900 block of E. Ninth Street, code enforcement responded to a report of junk in a driveway. Upon arrival, pieces of tin were found stacked on the driveway. The owner of the property was contacted and explained he was in the process of putting up a carport, which would be complete within a few days. A carport frame was observed on the east side of the garage.

In the 600 block of Wickes Avenue, officers responded to a trespassing report.
