In the 400 block of Barclay Street, officers responded to a report of a suspicious activity around vehicles and arrested one man on charges of criminal mischief and trespassing.

In the 1600 block of East Highway 40, officers responded to a report of a one-vehicle traffic accident. One woman was issued a summons for driving under the influence, careless driving and driving with an expired license.

In the 1600 block of Highway 40, code enforcement responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle, which was red tagged.

In the 1300 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a theft of gasoline, totaling $187.21.

At Highway 40 and Stout Street, officers responded to a non-injury accident and one man was issued a summons for changing lanes when unsafe.

In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of two women shoplifting clothes and jewelry. The two women were issued summonses for shoplifting.

In the 1300 block of West Ninth Street, code enforcement red-tagged a vehicle that had been parked in the same spot for over a week.

In the 800 block of Exmoor Road, code enforcement observed excessively tall grass and weeds as well as junk including a toilet, sink, gutter and pallets. A written warning was issued to the property owner.

In the 600 block of Breeze Street, code enforcement observed excessively tall grass and weeds. An administrative warning was issued to the property owner.

In the 700 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a purse stolen from a vehicle. The theft is under investigation.

In the 700 block of East 4th Street, officers responded to a report of a hit and run traffic accident.

In the 400 block of Green Street, officers contacted a male party who was in possession of a stolen knife. He was arrested on charges of possession of a dangerous or illegal weapon and underage possession of marijuana.

In the 400 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of a disturbance and issued one man a summons for fighting.

In the 500 block of School Street, officers arrested a male on a failure to appear warrant out of Moffat County.

In the 600 block alley of Russell and Tucker, officers responded to a traffic accident. A man backed into a car and was issued a summons for improper backing.

In the 700 block of East Fourth Street, officers responded to a report of criminal mischief. The tailgate on a cargo trailer was damaged.

In the 500 block of First Avenue West, officers responded to a report of domestic violence and arrested one man for allegedly violating a restraining order.

At Ranney Street and Industrial Avenue, code enforcement red-tagged a vehicle that was not legally parked with a severely cracked windshield.

In the 500 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle.

In the 700 block of East 4th Street, officers responded to a report of a lost coin purse.

At Ranney Street and Industrial Avenue, officers observed a vehicle with a defective passenger side taillight cover. One man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, possession of an open marijuana container in a vehicle and underage possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Elizabeth Jean Zimmerman, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly changing lanes while unsafe, driving under the influence, failing to use a turn signal, driving without insurance and violating bond conditions.

Kaylin Marie Boss, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of criminal trespassing, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Scott Gusner, 46, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a charge of prohibited use of a weapon.
