In the 1300 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a suspicious person possibly huffing in a bathroom. One man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, abusing toxic vapors and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In the 500 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a traffic accident in which a vehicle was backing from a parking space and struck a parked car. A man was issued a summons for improper backing.

In the 800 block of Steele Street, officers responded to a report of a stolen bicycle.

In the 1000 block of West Victory Way, officers assisted the Moffat County Sheriff’s Office with a K-9 search of a vehicle.

In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. A male party was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and trespassed from the property.

In the 900 block of West First Street, officers responded to a report of domestic violence and arrested one woman on charges of domestic violence, possession of an illegal weapon, harassment and child abuse.

In the 700 block of Steele Street, officers responded to a report of a suspicious incident.

Kimberlea Chalis Hall, 31, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of second-degree assault, resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer.

Roscoe Lee Lofton, 37, of Craig, booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly inhaling toxic vapors and possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Bart Allen Mulnix, 51, of Palisade, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.

Ryan Archer, 29, transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of driving without a license, driving without insurance and speeding.

Jose Guadalupe Valdez, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence, harassment, child abuse, possession of a weapon, menacing assault and criminal mischief.
