Friday, May 15
In the 900 block of Finley Lane, officers responded to a traffic accident. A juvenile male was issued a summons for improper backing.
In the 800 block of West First Street, officers responded to a report of a stolen cell phone.
Saturday, May 16
In the 800 block of East Seventh Street, officers responded to a noise complaint but didn’t hear any music. No contact was made.
In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress. A man was arrested for violating a restraining order.
Sunday, May 17
In the 700 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a disturbance. No charges were filed.
In the 1100 block of West 6th Street, officers responded to a report of a male juvenile taking the family vehicle without permission. He was arrested for illegal possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia by an underage person.
In the 700 block of Tucker Street, officers responded to a report of harassment and a traffic accident. A woman was arrested for second-degree assault.
Monday, May 18
In the 900 block of Sequoia of Avenue, an officer assisted the Moffat County Sheriff’s Office.
In the 3700 block of West Sixth Street, an officer took report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was recovered.
In the 800 block of Russell Street, there was a report of items stolen from a vehicle.
In the 1500 block of Ranney Street, code enforcement mailed an administrative citation to a property owner for an abandoned vehicle and junk.
In the 1100 block of West Eight Street, an officer took a report of lost property.
In the 3700 block of West Sixth Street, an officer took a report of theft.
Moffat County Jail
Wednesday May 13
Brooke Leah Etzler, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly violating a restraining order.
Tuesday, May 19
Isaac David Giron, 28, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly violating a restraining order.
Charles David Wright, 46, of Roswell, New Mexico, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly speeding and driving under restraint. He also had an existing warrant for his arrest.
