In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a man filling a laptop bag and a cooler with merchandise in an attempt to shoplift. Inspection of the merchandise determined he had stolen items from two businesses. The suspect was arrested on charges of theft, possession of schedule II substance and violation protection order.
In the 2200 block of West Third Street, animal control responded to a report of a dog bite and issued one man a summons for viscous animals.
In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, animal control responded to a report of a dog bite. Upon arrival, the dog was not located.

In the 300 block of Stout Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress. One man was issued a trespass notice from the property.
In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to an injury accident and issued one woman a summons for careless driving.
In the 500 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of stolen merchandise and issued one man a summons for shoplifting.
In the 500 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of theft of health and beauty items. One woman was issued a summons for theft.
In the 2200 block of West First Street, officers responded to a report of a male and female fighting. The woman was was arrested on charges of menacing, criminal mischief, harassment and child abuse.
In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, officers responded to a report of an open door. The scene was investigated with no evidence of a crime.
In the 800 block of Finley Lane, officers responded to a report of a possible drug violation. One woman was issued a summons for social hosting and four juveniles were issued summonses for underage possession of marijuana or alcohol.

In the 3400 block of Douglas Street, officers responded to a report of disturbance turned physical and arrested one man on charges of harassment and domestic violence as well as a warrant out of Routt County.
In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of suspicious people and possible damaged property, which is being investigated.
