In the 300 block of Sage Court, code enforcement gave a warning for weeds.



At Twelfth Street and Yampa Avenue, an officer took a report of criminal mischief

In the 400 block of Yampa Avenue, an officer took a report harassment.

In the 1000 block of Yampa Avenue, an officer took a report of a hit-and-run crash.

In the 800 block of West Seventh Street, an officer took a report of runaway juvenile.

Saturday, May 9

In the 1200 block of West Victory Way, officers provided an agency assist.

In the 400 block of east Fourth Street, an officer took a report of an assault.

Sunday, May 10

In the 400 block of Bellaire Street, officers responded to a report of a fight. Two men received a summons for disorderly conduct.

Monday, May 11

In the 600 block of Tucker Street, a man was arrested on a warrant and booked into Moffat County Jail.

In the 700 block of Hospital Loop, officers responded to a report of criminal mischief. The suspect is known and will be cited at a later date.

In the 500 block of Colorado Street, code enforcement mailed a notice to a property owner.

In the 600 block of Colorado Street, code enforcement left a phone message for a property owner.

In the 800 block of West First Street, a man was arrested on a warrant.

In the 500 block of East Tenth Street, code enforcement mailed an administrative warning to a property owner.

In the 600 block of Rose Street, code enforcement mailed a warning to a property owner.

In the 1200 block of West Victory Way, code enforcement mailed a warning to a property owner.

In the 500 block of Lincoln Street, code enforcement mailed a warning to a property owner.

In the 400 block East Fourth Street, one woman was booked into Moffat County Jail after a report of domestic violence.

In the 900 block of Yampa Avenue, a school resource officer took a report theft.

In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, two vehicles were involved in an accident. No one was injured.

Tuesday, May 5

Kevin Alan Hickson, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly possessing drug paraphernalia.

Wednesday, May 6

Robert Edward Boxell, 25, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of motor vehicle theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon.

Friday, May 8

John Andrew Erickson, 52, of Portland, Oregon, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for allegedly driving under the influence with expired plates.

Monday, May 11

Katherine Lee Rowton, 36, of Craig was booked into Moffat County Jail after an alleged domestic violence dispute.

Tuesday, May 12

Justin Lee Warren, 43, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on an existing warrant as well as charges of possession of a scheduled substance.
