In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, an officer took a report of criminal mischief.
In the 800 block of West First Street, an officer took a report of assault.
In the 600 block of Wickes Avenue, an officer did follow up a investigation.
In the 300 block of Apple Street, an officer took a report of vandalism.
In the 800 block of West First Street, an officer arrested a man on a warrant and booked him into Moffat County Jail.
In the 700 block of East Victory Way, an officer took report of a cold assault.
In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, an officer issued a summons for trespassing to a woman.
In the 400 block of East Tenth Street, an officer issued summons for an animal complaint.
In the 800 block of West First Street, a woman was arrested on a warrant and booked into Moffat County Jail.
In the 300 block of South Highway 13, officers received a report of disturbance. No arrests were made.
Tuesday, June 2
Code enforcement left 12 warnings for weeds. Six on Colorado Street, two on Legion Street, one on Ninth Street, one on Sloan Street, one on Barclay Street and one on Seventh Street.
In the 200 block of Mack Lane, code enforcement warned an individual for throwing dirt onto a neighbor’s property.
In the 400 block of Mack Lane, an officer handled a civil call.
In the 400 block of Washington Street, a man was arrested on warrant and booked into Moffat County Jail.
In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, an officer took a report of an assault. An investigation is ongoing.
