In the 1100 block of East Seventh Street, officers observed a vehicle with a headlight out. A woman was issued a summons for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
In the 1000 block of Shepherd Drive, officers responded to a possible domestic violence complaint. Based on observations, investigation and verbal statements, a woman was arrested for third-degree assault and domestic violence.
In the 700 block of Legion Street, officers responded to a cold hit-and-run traffic accident. An unknown vehicle backed into a truck causing damage to a door.

In the 600 block of School Street, officers responded to a hit-and-run traffic accident on private property.
In the 2200 block of West Third Street, officers responded to a report of a theft. An investigation continues.
In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, officers responded report of harassing text messages. An investigation is ongoing.
In the 500 block of East Victory Way, an officer assisted Colorado State Patrol with Spanish translations.
Sunday, May 31
In the 800 block of Ledford Street, a man was arrested on a warrant.
In the 500 block of Colorado Street, officers responded to a disturbance involving multiple people in vehicles. A man sitting in the driver’s seat of one of the vehicles was arrested for driving without a license. His license had been revoked because he was a habitual traffic offender. Another man was arrested on two extraditable warrants out of Aurora.
In the 800 block of Washington Street, officers responded to a report of vandalism. A vehicle was spray painted and keyed. An investigation is ongoing.
Monday, June 1
In the 600 block of Pershing Street, an officer did follow a up investigation.
In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, an officer responded to a man trespassing.
At 10th Street and Finley Lane, code enforcement left a warning.
In the 400 block of East Fourth Street, code enforcement left a warning for an abandoned vehicle.
In the 2600 block of West Highway 40, and individual was arrested on a warrant.
In the 1200 block of Marianna Way, officers responded to an intoxicated person.
In the 2300 block of West Victory Way, an officer took a report of theft.
At West Sixth Street and Stout Street, an officer contacted a pedestrian.
At 000 block and West Victory Way, an intoxicated woman was trespassed from a business.
