In the 1100 block of School Street, officers responded to a civil problem and potential temporary restraining order violation.

In the 2200 block of West Third Street, code enforcement red-tagged an abandoned vehicle in yard.

In the 800 block of Breeze Street, code enforcement cited four properties properties for city code violations.

In the 500 block of West Victory Way, an officer stopped a driver who was known to have a revoked license. The driver was arrested on charges of violating bond conditions and driving without a license.

At the Sinclair Station, code enforcement red-tagged and abandoned vehicle.

At the Moffat County Public Safety Center, officers took a report of threatening Facebook messages sent to the Craig Daily Press.

At the Moffat County Public Safety Center, officers booked a found cellphone into evidence for safekeeping until it is retrieved by the owner.

In the 2100 block of Crockett Drive, officers handled a property-related dispute.

In the 600 block of Pershing Street, an officer responded to a disturbance. An individual reported that their neighbor was outside, yelling. Officers were unable to contact the man who was reportedly yelling.

In the 1006 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of harassment and are investigating a potential stalking situation.

Christopher Rawlins, 41, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a hold until probation application and appointment is completed.

Phillip Shane Garcia, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly driving with a revoked license for habitual traffic offenses, driving without insurance and violating bond conditions.

Gary Michael Walker, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for theft.

Grahm Mark Sharnowski, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a failure to appear warrant out of Grand County.

Justin Ketchum, 29, of Highlands Ranch, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for theft.

Billy John Richards, 59, of Dinosaur, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of third-degree assault and domestic violence.

John David Martinez, 58, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for alleged drunk driving, failure to follow traffic control devices and prohibited use of a weapon.

Noel Serna-Gonzalez, 42, of Steamboat Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail for alleged domestic violence and criminal mischief.

Eric Robert Miller, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failure to comply with a court order.

Ethan Tyrel Robinson, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of driving under the influence, driving carelessly, failing to report an accident, prohibited use of a weapon and possession of a schedule four controlled substance.

Jacob Cole Ungefug, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a failure to comply warrant.

Christina Gay Johnson, 46, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a failure to appear warrant.
