Code enforcement left seven warnings for weeds. One on Hockett Circle, one on Ranney Street, one on Rose Street, two on Victory Way and two on Washington Street.
In the 3500 block of Juniper Street, an officer responded to a verbal domestic violence issuie.
In the 1600 block of West Victory Way, a man was arrested for violating a restraining order.
In the 1400 block of Heather Street, a vehicle was involved in an accident. No one was injured.
In the 1200 block Sixth Street, Johnny Chappell was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.
In the 500 block of Ranney Street, two females were taken into custody.
In the 600 block of Wickes Avenue, an oficer handled a threat/harassment.
In the 1200 block of West Sixth Street, an officer took report of theft.
In the 1200 block of West Sixth Street, a man was arrested on a warrant for domestic violence.
In the 400 block of Yampa Avenue, an officer responded to a disturbance call. No action was taken.
Thursday, June 11
In the 800 block of Taylor Street, code enforcement observed weeds and dead trees on the property. An Administrative Warning was issued.
In the 1000 block of Hudack Street, code enforcement observed weeds and junk on the property. An Administrative Warning was issued.
In the 900 block of Herring Circle, code enforcement observed weeds and junk on the property. An Administrative Warning was issued.
In the 300 block of Woodbury Drive, code enforcement observed weeds on the property. An Administrative Warning was issued.
In the 1000 block of Yampa Avenue, code enforcement observed weeds and tree branches on the property. An Administrative Warning was issued.
At Fourth Street and Russell Street, officers responded to a traffic accident. A juvenile female was issued a summons for failing to yield to a stop sign.
In the 500 block of West Victory Way, officers arrested Chad Marshall for failing to comply with a warrant.
In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, officers responded to a report of criminal mischief. An unknown object shattered a vehicle’s rear hatchback window.
In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, officers arrested Logan Otis. On May 3, Otis was arrested for vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence. Otis was released on a $20,000 bond. As a condition of the bond, Otis is prohibited from consuming alcohol. While on bond, Otis has missed three breath-analysis tests. Because Otis violated the conditions of his bond, the court issued a warrant for his arrest.
In the 600 block of Russell Street, officers arrested a man for violating a protection order.
