In the 900 block of Woodbury, code enforcement red-tagged a white trailer and a scissor lift.

In the 100 block of Mack Lane, code enforcement left a written warning for weeds.

In the 500 block of West Victory Way, an officer took a report of a vehicle crash involving property damage.

In the 1100 block of Victory Way, an officer took a report of a vehicle crash involving property damage.

In the 1100 block of Van Dorn Drive, code enforcement gave a written warning for weeds.

In the 1700 block of West Third Street, an officer took a report of theft.

At City Park, officers responded to a report of domestic violence and arrested one man on charges of third-degree assault, violation of a restraining order and harassment.

In the 200 block of West Victory Way, an officer took a report of two stolen bicycles.

In the 1300 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a drug violation. One female was arrested for allegedly abusing toxic vapors.

In the 300 block of Colorado Highway 13, officers responded to a vehicle crash involving property damage.

At Highway 40 and Emerson Street, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested one man on charges of driving with expired tags, failing to present evidence of insurance and driving without a license.

In the 2300 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a Report Every Dangerous/Drunk Driver Immediately report and arrested on woman on charges of driving under the influence.

At West Victory Way and Finley Lane, officers recognized a vehicle at a residence that the owner of the vehicle was restrained from visiting. The owner of the car was arrested for allegedly violating a restraining order and bond conditions.

Kendall Evan Hickson, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for alleged distribution of heroin and violation of bond conditions.
