Friday, July 17

In the 500 block of School Street, an officer took a report of burglary.

In the 700 block of Stout Street, an officer recovered property and booked it in at the Public Safety Center for safekeeping.

In the 600 block of Wickes Avenue, an officer took a report of theft.

Saturday, July 18

In the 1900 block of West Third Street, an officer took a report of vandalism to a vehicle.

In the 900 block of West Eighth Street, an officer took a report of an assault. No charges were filed.

In the 1000 block of School Street, officers responded to a civil problem.

Sunday, July 19

In the 500 block of Breeze Street, officers responded to a civil problem.

In the 3500 block of Jumper Street, a man was arrested on a warrant out of Texas.

In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, a man was arrested on charges of possession of a dangerous or illegal weapon and violation of restraining order.

In the 700 block of Breeze Street, officers took a report of a hit-and-run crash.

Sunday, July 19

In the 300 block of Hawthorne, officers responded to a report of a stolen floor jack and generator. An investigation is underway.

In the 500 block of Steele Street, officers contacted parties who requested an individual be trespassed on their property. The trespass notice was signed and issued to the trespassed party.

In the 100 block of West Sixth Street, officers responded to a report of a theft of propane bottles and fishing gear. The investigation is on-going.

In the 600 block of Lincoln Street, officers responded to a report of harassment. The incident is being investigated.

In the 600 block of Riford Road, officers responded to a report of a possible violation of a protection order. A man was located on the property and arrested for allegedly violating a restraining order.

In the 400 block of East Fourth Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

Moffat County Jail

Monday, July 13

Joshua Charley Hart, 36, transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of third-degree assault, false imprisonment, menacing assault and robbery.

Tuesday, July 14

Isaac David Giron, 28, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Friday, July 17

Delfino Gilbert Maestas, 26, of Aurora, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.

Kandice Judd, 35, of Buckhorn, New Mexico, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly driving under the influence with and open container of alcohol.

Saturday, July 18

Chad Gerald Dehring, 39, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of criminal mischief and domestic violence.

Monday, July 20

Christopher Charles Friley, 52, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail for allegedly violating a restraining order.
