Friday, Aug. 21
In the 200 block of West Victory Way, officers transported a woman from the Moffat County Courthouse to Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
In the 600 block of Wickes Avenue, officers responded to a report of lost property.
Saturday, Aug. 22
In the 500 block of Rose Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. A man was arrested for second-degree burglary, criminal mischief/domestic violence and second-degree kidnapping/domestic violence.
In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of found property.
In the 600 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of found property. The owner of the property was contacted and told to retrieve the property at the Public Safety Center.
Sunday, Aug. 23
In the 500 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a traffic accident. A juvenile male was issued a summons for careless driving.
At Pershing Street and Sixth Street, officers responded to a traffic accident. A man was issued a summons for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
In the 500 block of Breeze Street, officers contacted three suspicious people. A man was arrested on a warrant.
On Moffat County Road 103, officers assisted the Moffat County Sheriff’s Office with a DUI arrest.
Monday, Aug. 24
In the 800 block of West First Street, an officer took a report of cold domestic violence.
At West Sixth Street and Green Street, officers responded to an accident involving two vehicles. No one was injured.
At U.S. Highway 40 and Wickes Avenue, officers responded to an accident involving a single vehicle.
In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, on officer took a report of theft.
Code enforcement
In the 600 block of East Victory Way, code enforcement observed tall weeds and grass. A door hangar warning was left for the property owner advising of the violations.
In the 800 block of Russell Street, code enforcement observed tall weeds and grass growing in the front and back yards. The property owner was contacted by phone and advised of the violations.
In the 400 block of Russell Street, code enforcement observed tall weeds. The property owner was contacted and advised of the violation.
In the 500 block of Legion Street, code enforcement observed tall weeds and grass, piles of tree trimmings and other debris on the property. An administrative warning was mailed to the property owner advising of the violations.
In the 000 block of West Victory, code enforcement observed weeds growing in a parking lot. The property owner was contacted and advised of the violation.

Ezequiel Chavez, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
Sunday, Aug. 23
Brandon Paul Tatom, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
Tuesday, Aug. 25
Leslie Joann Montoya, 45, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
