In the 1600 block of Yampa Avenue, an officer took a report of theft.

In the 300 block of Rose Street, an officer took a report of theft.



In the 600 block of Riford Road, a bicycle was found and booked in at police department for safekeeping.

In the 2400 block of West Victory, an officer took report of theft.

Friday, Aug. 7

In the 400 block of Washington Street, officers responded to a report of a theft from an unlocked vehicle.

In the 300 block of Legion Street, officers responded to a report of damage to a vehicle. It appeared a rock had been thrown through the window and items were stolen from the vehicle. Investigation continues.

At Sixth Street and West Victory Way, officers responded to a traffic accident. A woman was issued a summons for failing to present evidence of insurance and driving a defective vehicle.

In the 700 block of Rose Street, officers responded to a report of a theft from an unlocked vehicle. The stolen property was later found and returned to the owner.

In the 900 block of Alta Vista Drive, officers responded to a report of a family disturbance. No criminal charges were filed.

Saturday, Aug. 8

In the 400 block of Barclay Street, officers responded to a traffic accident.

In the 3400 block of Douglas Street, animal control responded to a report of a dog bite. A woman was issued a summons for vicious animal.

Sunday, Aug. 9

In the 1000 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of a drunk pedestrian. A woman was issued a summons for illegal possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

In the 1000 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a traffic accident. A man was issued a summons for careless driving.

In the 700 block of Barclay Street, officers responded to a report of a theft. Two adult men were arrested on trespassing charges.

At the Public Safety Center, a report was received of fraudulent use of a debit card.

The following locations had Code Enforcement complaints

In the 600 block of Conner Drive, code enforcement responded to a report of tall grass. An administrative warning was mailed to the property owner.

In the 2300 block of West 3rd Street, code enforcement observed tall weeds and grass. An administrative warning was mailed to the property owner.

In the 500 block of Colorado Street, code enforcement observed tall weeds. An administrative warning was mailed to the property owner.

Tuesday, July 28

Ezequiel Chavez, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly violating a restraining order.

Thursday, July 30

Keith Allen Montoya, 27, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly violating a restraining order.

Friday, July 31

Michael Andrew Coleman, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of violation of a restraining order, harassment, criminal mischief and domestic violence.

Cynthia Ann King, 45, of Craig was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of criminal impersonation, forgery, attempt to influence a public servant and driving while under restraint.

Fredrick Loren Cattoor, 57, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Saturday, Aug. 1

Trista Kay Hoth, 40, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Sunday, Aug. 2

Chad Anthony Lytle, 29, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly displaying and expired temporary permit and possessing a scheduled substance.

Wednesday, Aug. 5

Raymond Scott Jaeger, 58, of Maybell, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of possession of a scheduled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.

Friday, Aug. 7

Ezequiel Chavez, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of violating a restraining order, obstructing a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Paul Ashley Russel, 43, of Steamboat Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

Monday, Aug. 10

Robert Henry Wieland, 35, transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of trespassing.

Roscoe Lee Lofton, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespassing.
