What prompted you to open your business in Craig? I was tired of working for dealers who weren’t honest with their customers, so I opened up my own dealership.
How did you get into your line of business?
I answered an ad in the paper in 1993.

Taking care of the customer by being honest and offering fair prices.
How do you define the role of your business in the community?
Setting an example of excellent service and working with other businesses with a goal of providing the best experience possible.
What’s the best part of your job?
Seeing the look on peoples’ faces when they finally get to move in to the best home they’ve ever owned.
What’s the most challenging part of your job? Dealing with contracts and working with banks, mortgage brokers and building inspectors.
What advice would you give to a young person considering opening his or her own business? Not to go out and spend a lot of money until your business is solid and proven.
