Richard Charles Green
Richard Charles Green of Craig, Colo., died Dec. 9, 1999, at The Memorial Hospital in Craig.
On Dec. 29, 1950, in McCook, Neb., he was born the son of Joseph C. and Marie (Stash) Green. He was raised in Herndon, Kan., and graduated from high school there.
On April 26, 1975, in Herndon, Kan., he married Jody Bailey. He moved to Craig in 1982. He was currently employed as a transport driver for Eott Energy of Houston, Texas.
On Nov. 1, 1991, in Craig, he married Sharon Jiron.
Green is survived by his wife, Sharon; daughters, Jennifer (Ryan) Otis of Craig; sons, Jesse and Joshua Green of Craig; stepdaughters, Jennifer (Doug) Willems of Craig and Jessica Trujillo of Craig; grandchildren, Deimen Cole and Tane Marley; parents of Atwood, Kan.; sisters, Judy (Dan) Childers of Sebring, Fla., and Mary Jo Green of Leoti, Kan.; brothers Joe S. (Judy) Green of Applegate, Ore., Andy (Sandy) Green of Atwood, Kan., Tom (Colleen) Green of Hereford, Ariz., and Bob (Veta) Green of Concord, Ohio.
Services were held Dec. 12, 1999, at a mass of Christian Burial at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Craig.
Pallbearers were Ryan Otis, Doug Willems, Don Smith, Jake Garcia, Matthew Green and Gerard Green.
Honorary pallbearers were: Jesse Green, Andrew Green, Joshua Green, Tom Green, Joe S. Green and Bob Green.
Interment was at Craig Cemetery.
