Carl A. Schneiderheinz
1917-1999
Carl A. Schneiderheinz of Craig, Colo., died Dec. 6, 1999, at The Memorial Hospital in Craig. He was 81.
On Dec. 10, 1917, in Central City, Neb., he was born to August and Sophia (Hoffman) Schneiderheinz. He was raised in Central City and served in the U.S. Army during WW II.
On May 12, 1946, in Central City he married M. Erlene Walter. They moved to Craig in 1957. He worked as a meat cutter at Bills Market and later he owned and operated the Budweiser distributorship. He later was a broker owning and operating Stout Realty.
Schneiderheinz is survived by his wife; brothers, Daniel of Central City and Earl Schneiderheinz of Texas; and sister, Louise Hutton of Oxford, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Grace Dankleson.
A private family service was held. Interment was at the Craig Cemetery.
