Marijuana-possession suspects post bail
Two Wisconsin men, arrested Saturday and charged with possession of 30 pounds of marijuana, have been released from the Moffat County Jail after each posting $5,000 bond. A third man also arrested on the same charges isn’t eligible to post bond because of a probation violation.
Jeff Skaife, 27, of Waunakee, Wis. posted bail Sunday, and Jason Swanson, 22, of Madison, Wis. posted bail Monday.
Dustin Dienberg, 21, of Edgerton, Wis., is being held on the probation violation.
The men were arrested after Moffat County Sheriff’s deputies reported finding eight vacuum-sealed bags containing 30 pounds of marijuana in a Mitsubishi Montero. The men were arrested after deputies pulled over the car for speeding.
On Tuesday, Moffat County Sheriff Buddy Grinstead said deputies also found $1,400 in cash in the car at the time of the arrest.
All three men are due in Moffat County Court on Nov. 16 to be advised of charges.
