More games rescheduled in Craig because of weather
Craig — Moffat County High School baseball will have to wait a bit longer to play its home opener of the season.
Because of poor field conditions, the Bulldogs’ doubleheader Tuesday against Steamboat Springs has been rescheduled. The U.S. Highway 40 rivals now will play at 4 and 6 p.m. May 7 at the Craig Middle School baseball field.
The girls soccer junior varsity team also was set to play Steamboat at Woodbury Sports Complex at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Craig. That game has been postponed with a tentative new date of May 2.
Girls soccer varsity and JV games against Grand Junction Central High School at 4 and 6 p.m. Friday in Craig also have been moved. Those games will be May 3.
