In its final duals of the regular season, the Moffat County wrestling team was at full strength and took down Cedaredge and Gunnison High Schools Friday in Cedaredge.

The Bulldogs have been missing a wrestler or two for most of the season due to injuries and sickness, but they fielded all their top wrestlers Friday afternoon. The health produced good results for the Bulldogs as they look forward to regionals next week.

The Bulldogs beat the Bruins 51-31, scoring five pins in the match, before handling Gunnison 64-6 in their second dual of the day.

The wrestling regional takes place Feb. 15-16 at Grand Valley High School in Parachute. Twelve schools from the western region will be attending, with four wrestlers advancing to the state meet from each weight class.
