Moffat County looking to fill open jobs

If you’ve got experience in finance, food service, or operating heavy equipment, Moffat County might have a job for you.

According to a Moffat County Board of County Commissioners agenda released Friday, there are several jobs open with the county.

The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Moffat County Courthouse with a public hearing regarding the forfeiture of a portion of Main Beam Road, then move to a monthly report from Road and Bridge Department Director Dan Miller.

Lynnette Siedschlaw will then update commissioners on the open positions with the county which include:

• A finance specialist in the county’s finance department with a starting salary of $18.30 per hour

• A food service assistant at the county’s housing authority department with a starting salary of $13.07 per hour

• A heavy equipment operator on the county’s motor-grader crew with a starting salary of $18.82 per hour
