Financials under review at Moffat County LMD meeting Tuesday
CRAIG — At least six items are up for review when the Moffat County Local Marketing District board meets at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6.
Moffat County Finance Director Mindy Curtis and LMD Finance Committee members Chris Jones and Michael Morriss will review the organization’s financials. Moffat County Attorney Rebekah Tyree and City Attorney Sherman Romney will also attend the meeting, as the board reviews bylaws and discusses the statue governing the organization.
The operating plan and vision are also up for discussion. It is the intention of board members to create a list of next steps to guide them going forward.
The board will also review and approve upcoming meeting dates, times and locations; discuss acquiring a laptop and recording device for use by the LMD Board for minutes; and review and approve meeting minutes from meetings held Jan. 24 and Jan. 30.
