• 8:35 to 8:45 a.m. Consent agenda:
— Review and sign the following documents: March 5 meeting minutes, resolution for payment of payment warrants, resolution for transfer of payment warrants, contract for electric repair and hookup for courthouse HVAC, treasurer’s monthly report, joint check agreement with Peak Service, engineering contract for Maybell sanitation upgrades.
• 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion:
— Note: Commissioners may discuss any topic relevant to county business whether or not the topic has been specifically noted on the agenda.
• 9 to 9:15 a.m. Board of County Commissioners:
— Discuss reaffirmation of HR818 – Forest Health Initiative

— Approve a special events permit for Horizons Specialized Services for an April 11 event at the Moffat County Fairgrounds Pavilion.
— Debbie Belleville will request an invitation to a dance group from Mexico to participate in the Cinco de Mayo celebration.
— Chuck Grobe and Roy Tipton will provide status update on Shadow Mountain Village improvement project.
• Other business:
— Award bid for 2013 construction materials.
— Award bids for pickups, a tractor, a melter/applicator, an emulsion sprayer and a rotary mower for various departments.
— Resolution No. 8 to honor and pay tribute to members of the medical profession.
— Resolution No. 9 approving a change of control of the cable franchise.
— Resolution No. 10 authorizing the city clerk to appoint election judges for the April 2 general city election.
— Appoint a City Council member to the Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado Board of Directors.
— Second reading of Ordinance 1029 continuing a moratorium against the use or consumption of marijuana and marijuana products on commercial and industrial zoned properties.
