Moffat County Commissioners call consecutive executive sessions

Craig Daily Press Staff Report

Moffat County Commissioners entered into executive sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with another session scheduled for 1 p.m. on Monday — all sessions are to discuss personnel matters with social services.

Kerri Klein, director of Moffat County Department of Social Services, and Lynette Siedschlaw, director of Human Resources were present for the three sessions that took place this week.

At Thursday’s session, Moffat County attorney Rebecca Tyree was also present.

The commissioners rarely enter into executive session. In 2014, commissioners called only two executive sessions.

The sessions were called in accordance with Colorado Revised Statute 24-6-402 (4)(f) to discuss a personnel matter regarding Moffat County Department of Social Services.
