CRAIG — The Moffat County Board of County Commissioners’ regular meeting, set for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, is expected to include discussions about possible banking solutions with the financial department, the county treasurer, and the county attorney.
The discussions about banking options was prompted by Bank of the West’s recent announcement on social media that it will no longer fund coal-related projects.
Commissioners are also expected to discuss the possible implementation of State 2 fire restrictions with Moffat County Sheriff KC Hume.
The commissioners will meet at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W Victory Way, Suite 130.
