Moffat County Assessor’s Office releases November real estate sales

Almost $3 million worth of property changed hands during November 2018, according to data from the Moffat County Assessor’s Office.

Property sales data for November show approximately $2,878,200 worth of real estate was sold in Moffat County.

The highest price paid for a piece of property in November was $389,000 for the property located at 2945 Pinon Circle in Craig.
