Air Force Airman Joseph A. Amon was graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
He trained for six weeks. Airmen who complete basic training earn credits toward an associate degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
He is the son of Cindy Amon of Craig.
Amon is a 2000 graduate of Moffat County High School.
