MCHS graduate awarded travel grant

Salus University student Trevor Simones, a Moffat County High School graduate and Craig resident, was recently awarded a travel grant to present research at the Association of Research in Otolaryngology Mid-Winter Meeting from the Salus University Alumni Association. Simones is currently a third year student in the audiology program at Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

Funding is awarded to Salus students participating in an approved professional conference or outreach program including health screenings and humanitarian service trips. Grants are also awarded to students participating in an academic or clinical challenge bowl. 

Simones used his grant funding to present research at the Association of Research in Otolaryngology Mid-Winter Meeting in San Diego.
