Many hospitals are in residential areas

To the Editor:

Quit whining about where the hospital is being built and the helicopter being dangerous.

In case you haven’t noticed, the hospitals in metro areas are near residential areas, as well as the hospitals in Las Vegas, and that Flight for Life helicopters fly all over metro areas as well as residential areas to get to them.

You in Las Vegas even have an airport right off the strip where planes take off and land and fly over the city and residential areas.

I know the helicopter can be dangerous. It flies over my house every time it comes in, but so do the airplanes coming out of the Hayden airport.

So, quit whining about where we want to build our hospital and get them to move the ones in Las Vegas out of the city so everybody there will be safe from something that happens very rarely in thousands of flights.
