Letter to the editor: Thanks for fundraiser
To the editor:
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to a community that showed such kindness to help our family. Everyone that helped set up and attended the benefit for Laura Bingham-Gonzales went out of their way to make it a amazing event. We were in awe at the turnout of friends, family and people that just wanted to help. We have always loved living in Craig, but when this town gets together for a common goal they do great things. The love and caring in this town for people in need shows what kind of wonderful people live here. We know these are hard times for everyone financially but people gave and gave with smiles on their faces. We had tears in our eyes watching everyone be so kind and generous. Once again, thank you everyone that helped out and participated. And all of those that have helped us out with dinners and money outside of the benefit. We wish we could name everyone individually but we would feel horrible if we forgot someone. Thank you, and God bless you all. And with everyone’s love and support, we know we will beat cancer.
