Incidents reported for Dec. 18.

Police responded to a report that a herd of elk were in a playground at 600 Texas St.

Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 7th Street and Marland Street. A female had a possible broken ankle. The Craig Road and Bridge Department was called to sand the hill due to dangerous conditions. George Davidson, 80, and Krista Decker, 16, were the parties involved.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at 780 Rose St. with a 51-year-old male having trouble breathing.
