Raynaldo Roman, 45, was issued a citation for a hit and run.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at 1198 W. Victory Way, where a 23-year-old female was conscious, breathing, and responsive after a possible reaction to medication

Raymond F. Hoffman, 41, was issued a citation for fighting.

Tyson Amon, 20, was issued a safety belt award and given a $50 savings bond.

Erin Cashion, 18, was issued a safety belt award and given a certificate for a dinner for two.

Treva Tyler, 15, was issued a safety belt award and given a certificate for a free haircut.

Jenna Craft, 16, was issued a safety belt award and given a $40 certificate for dinner.

Incidents reported for March 17

Douglas Jay Brewer, 38, was arrested on a warrant.

Melinda Preston was issued a citation for failing to yield the right of way when turning left in front of approaching traffic.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at 1631 Heather, where a 50-year-old female was having back problems.

Jessica Gray, 18, was issued a citation for speeding 34 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Clinton Markham, 18, was issued a citation for speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Steven Duncan, 20, was issued a citation for failure to use a seatbelt and failure to obey a flashing red light.

Scott Harder, 20, was issued a citation for failure to obey a flashing red light and speeding 43 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at 24 E. 9th St., where a female was having a seizure.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at 571 Yampa Ave., #4, where a 52-year-old male had fallen, and was conscious and breathing.

Raul Hurtado Sanchez, 31, was issued a citation for speeding 34 mph in a 25 mph zone and for failure to use a child restraint system.

John Sagerser, 36, was issued a citation for failure to stop at a stop sign.

John Andrew Fortier, 42, was arrested on charges of assault.
