Angela Vesely, 19, was issued a safety belt award and given a $10 certificate for gasoline.

Rosalia Quezada, 33, was issued a citation for failing to use a child restraint system.



Incidents reported for March 13

Rebecca Chadwick, 17, was issued a safety belt award and given a certificate for a free haircut.



Benjamin Vikse, 16, was issued a safety belt award and given a certificate for a free movie rental.

Loren Vikse, 15, was issued a safety belt award and given a certificate for a free carwash.

John Bullock, 18, was issued a citation for speeding.

Robert Butler, 19, was issued a citation for careless driving.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at 500 Taylor St., where a female was unconscious, breathing and non-responsive to pain stimuli.

Justin Pape, 16, was issued a citation for speeding and failure to show evidence of insurance.
