L. Albert Jackson
L. Albert Jackson, 91, was born near Scandia, Kan., and died Oct. 2, 2006, at St. George Care and Rehab Center.
Jackson moved to Mesquite, Nev., from Grand Junction with his daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Dale L. Biskup, in July 2005.
Jackson served in the U.S. Air Force in World War II and was retired from Lowry Air Force Base in Denver. Survivors include his daughter, Virginia Biskup, and son-in-law, Dale Biskup of Mesquite, Nev.; granddaughters, Cindy Biskup of Mesquite, Nev., and Darlene (Doyle) Hayes of Loma; five great-grandchildren, Shayna (Jimmie) Brach, Luke Hayes, Colton Grinolds, Kelvin Grinolds and Kayloni Grinolds; his brother, V.C. Jackson; and wife, Gail of Knoxville, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Inez Jackson, and his parents, Albert and Hildur Jackson.
